Interact CX offers omni-channel solutions enabling companies ("Clients") to interact with their customers in a variety of ways (e.g., through phone, text messaging, online chat or any other digital channels), in order to achieve customer service-related objectives, and other services ("Services", “Products”).

This Privacy Statement describes the types of data we collect when you visit the Interact CX (”we”, “us” or “our”) website at www.interactcx.com (including all subdomains), the "Site" and/or use any of our Services or Products, as well as when you attend our events and engage in sales and marketing activities.

During our Product usage or Services provisioning, we may gather data from the Client's customers. All the data that Interact CX collects is preserved indefinitely for the purposes of legal compliance to applicable laws and regulations, rendering services and other statutory obligations, including tax and security laws. It is the responsibility of the Client (the Service/Product user) to avoid sending sensitive and private information of their customers to the service or product domains that may breach the Clients’ privacy policy. We are not responsible for Clients' or other third parties' privacy policies or practices.

By accessing or using the Site, Services, Products, or supplying us with your Personal Data, you agree to the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy, using our Site, Services, or Products in any way, including trial period utilization is strictly prohibited. 1. The Data We Collect

Information and Data may be collected voluntarily or automatically when you engage with Interact CX Site, Services or Products. We may collect information about you that, alone or in conjunction with other information, may be used to identify you ("Personal Data").

We also utilize Cookies, which are small text files. These include Session Cookies and Persistent Cookies (which remain on your device until you delete them manually or they expire after a certain time). We process information on behalf of our Clients when their customers call, text, or chat online with our Clients in the course of delivering the Services ("Service Data"). This data may be transmitted to us. Our Clients may pass information necessary to render services required by their customers' for processing or support. Clients’ may request us to retain additional data for their customers for processing support or training purposes. The collection of this information is governed by the contract that the Client and Interact CX enter into prior to the service provisioning period.

Internet Activity Data
When you visit our Site, we collect information about you via cookies (small text files placed on your device). When you visit our Site, our servers record information ("log data"), such as the information your browser sends whenever you visit, your Internet Protocol ("IP") address (from which we determine the country from which you are connecting at the time you visit the Site), your browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, the search terms you used to find the Site, and which pages/forms you interact with while visiting the Site. This information is used only for the purposes of analyzing website performance. Note that you can change what information is sent to us by changing your cookie settings in your web browser.

Product Usage Data
Before using any of our Products, you may provide us with information relating to your organization, and your Personal Information such as Username, Email address, Phone number, Billing information, Password etc.

The information provided will be used for user validation and authentication purposes. Furthermore, the information provided will be utilized for labeling and identifying user originated actions performed while using the services or products to enable certain features essential for the functioning of the Product. Interact CX implements reasonable safeguards and security measures, however, we are not responsible for any and all data types that is lost to the public domain during transit over the public internet.​

Product Usage is also governed by the Terms & Conditions available on our website, additional Terms & Conditions agreed upon or any other contract entered into by the Customer and Interact CX prior to when the Product is made available to use for the Customer. Additional policies regarding data and information privacy may be included in these documents which, in addition to the policies set forth in this Privacy Policy will collectively outline the comprehensive framework that regulates the use of the Product and the handling of user data and information.

How we use Personal Data and other Information
To offer you with the Services and Products and to respond to your inquiries.

When you request information about the Services or Products (for example, when you request a demo or request that we send you offers or pricing information), or when you register for a webinar or event, we will use all available data to respond to your request.

We use account-related data that Clients provide in connection with the purchase, sign-up, trial period, or support of the Client account (such as usernames, email addresses, and billing information) to provide you with access to the Services, Products or the Site, to communicate with you about your use of the Services, Products or the Site, and to notify you of changes to the Services, Products, or the Site.

Additionally, we process Service / Product Data on behalf of our Clients in order to provide the Services / Product to them in line with the terms of the relevant Clients' contract. The aim of Interact CX gathering this information is to be able to send it to our Clients so they can react to consumer requests thoroughly.​

The Information and Data is also used to conduct analysis, manage, support, and enhance the Site, Services and Products’ usage. We utilize data about your use of and interaction with the Site, Services and Products, including information obtained via cookies, to evaluate, manage, and support your access to and use of the Site, Services and Products.

2. Information Sharing

We share information with the following third parties:

    • Administrative and Legal personnel when applicable. We may disclose Personal Data as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, bankruptcy filings, or similar legal process, or in response to legal requests by public bodies, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect Interact CX’s' property or rights.

    • Affiliates and Partners. Customers that require or already use the services/products of our partners may have their relevant information shared with those partners to ensure a seamless and integrated experience. This sharing of information is essential for purposes such as providing complementary services, enabling cross-platform functionality, and enhancing the overall value delivered to the Customer.

    • Third-Party Hosting / Product / Service Providers. Third-party providers such as website hosting and cloud computing service providers have access to the Client provided customer data. These parties may access, process, or store this data according to their privacy policy.

    • Transfers of Business. We may disclose and transfer your information and data in the following circumstances:

     (a) if we assign our rights to any of the information to a third party; or

     (b) in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, sale of certain of our ownership interests, assets, or both, or other corporate change, including without limitation during any due diligence process.

    • No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be sold or shared with any third parties.

We take reasonable organizational, administrative and technological precautions to safeguard the Personal Data collected via the Site, when providing a Service or while provisioning our Products, against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction.
